P. Newman Bankston
P. Newman Bankston, a native of Knoxville,
received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College
of Law with a Concentration in Business Transactions
in 2004. While in law school, he served as the Executive
Editor for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business
Law. He received a B.A. in Business Administration from
Furman University in 2000 where he was a member of the
Men’s Soccer Team, and served as the University’s
Volunteers Coordinator for the Boys and Girls Club of
Greenville, SC. He is admitted to the State Bar of Tennessee,
and is a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee, and American
Bar Associations.
He practices primarily in the areas of Corporate Law,
Business Formation, Estate Planning, Probate, Commercial
Law, General Taxation, and Real Estate.
