Stephen A. McSween
Stephen
McSween, born in Newport, Tennessee, was admitted
to the Tennessee bar in 1984, Tennessee, having
received a B.A. cum laude from Vanderbilt University
in 1981 and a J.D. with honors from the University
of Tennessee in 1984. He is admitted to practice
before the Tennessee Supreme Court, the U.S.
District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee
(1985) and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.
In addition to his membership in the Knoxville,
Tennessee and American Bar Associations he is
a member of the National Health Lawyers Association,
the American Hospital Attorneys Association.
His
practice areas include Health Care Law, Commercial Law,
Bankruptcy, and Corporate Law.
