WILLIAM E. McCLAMROCH III
A
native of Knoxville, Tennessee, William E. “Rocky”
McClamroch, III was admitted to the Tennessee bar in
1987, and was admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax
Court in 1988 and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District
of Tennessee in 1989. He received his education from
the University of Tennessee (B.S., with high honors,
1983; J.D., 1987). He obtained certification as a Certified
Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee in 1982.
He is a member of the Knoxville Bar Association, the
Tennessee Bar Association (Member, Task Force on Limited
Liability Companies, 1992- ; Tax Section) and the American
Bar Association (Member, Tax, Real Property Trust and
Probate Sections) as well as a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
His
practice areas include Limited Liability Companies,
Estate Planning, General Tax, Banking and Corporate
Law.
