Nicholas J. Chase

Originally from Bethesda, Maryland, Nick Chase received his J.D., summa cum laude, in 2004 from the University of Tennessee College of Law where he was a Student Materials Editor on the Law Review, a member of the National Moot Court Team, a member of the Moot Court Board, a member of Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law, and the recipient of numerous academic awards, including Highest Honors and the Law College Scholarship. Nick received his B.A, summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee. Prior to attending law school, Nick served ten years in corporate management.

He focuses his practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Taxation, Business Formation, and Corporate Law.
